About Times Square Quantity Surveyors
Sithembili Consulting cc, trading as Times Square Quantity Surveyors, supports businesses and companies in pre-contract, contract and post-contract consultancy services for their capital project initiatives. We are 100% owned, controlled and managed by Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI). We are currently rated as a Level 1 BBBEE contributor, with a procurement recognition level of 135%.
